Townsend Twp. Vol. Fire Dept. is a non-profit organization proudly serving the citizens of Townsend & Riley Townships of Sandusky Co. Ohio.

Our Work

Being a "Volunteer Firefighter" is self rewarding, as well as knowing that you're helping out family and friends in a time of need. We are there for them providing a familiar face and a calming and reassuring spirit to those in need whether it's at the scene of an accident or a fire.

Join Us

Not everyone wants to fight fires but we can still use your help around the fire station or at a fundraiser. If you are interested in volunteering, contact us and say "I want to help"!

 

Donations:

When there is fire in someones home, people need your help! To donate items to families who have been struck by tragedy we ask that you contact the "Good Shepherd Luthern Church" located in Vickery, Ohio or the American Red Cross of Sandusky County. If you want to make a donation to the Fire Dept. contact us, charitable contributions are tax deductible.

 Reflective Address Signs:

We now have green address signs available for $8.00 to Townsend Twp. residents. Contact us for assistance if you would like one. These address signs help firefighters and EMS quickly find your home in an emergency.
